We play by the USGA rules of golf. If you don't have a copy, get one or click the image to

in our tournaments and you can find those through a link at the bottom of this page.

Tournaments are open to all members and their guests, on a space available
basis. A guest with an established NCGA index, playing with a member, is
eligible for all tournament prizes. A guest without an NCGA index is eligible
only for prizes where the handicap does not come into play. We reserve
28-32 spots for each event. Sometimes a course can accomodate extra
players and sometimes they cannot. It's a good idea to sign up as soon as the
announcement comes out. Please try to arrive at least one half hour ahead of
your tee time. It just makes everyone's life easier! Use proper golf etiquette
and play ready golf. If the course is playing slow, let's make sure it's not the
Westdivots fault.

Sign-Ups

usually send you an email to let you know the next tournament's information
is posted. At that time, if you are planning on playing, you should fill out the
form and submit it. This confirms your intent to play and also confirms your
agreement to pay the posted green fee. You must send in the fee prior to the
posted deadline. Remember, we have a limited number of spots so just
submitting the form does not guarantee you a spot. Check the sign-up sheet
on the website and see how many names are there. If we have filled the
contractual amount of spots I will need to contact the course to see if they
have room for you. Also, do not just send a check without sending the form.
If you send a check 3 days prior to the deadline and the webpage says only 22
people have signed up, another 10 could submit the form before I receive
your check and you may be out of luck. Remember, FORM, FEE, GOLF!!
