| It was unseasonably warm for mid-November and the final event of the year was a pleasant one. At least until you struck your first shot! Well, that's not fair as some good rounds were turned in. We'll get to Skins in a minute but the final event of the year was won by the team of Gary Sakamoto and Jim Suekama with 58. Jim continued his fine play with an 80. Gary had a couple of bad holes on the back or his 104 would have been much lower. In fact, it was Gary's net birdie and net eagle on the final two holes that almost got them into the lead. The low rounds of the day were shot by partners Bruce Bartfeld and Zac Briesach with 78's and they also tied for second with a team 60. With only 57 putts between the two of them, they were the models of consistency. Unfortunately all that great play couldn't produce a Skin. Sid Grant and Taka Kitagawa shot the other team 60 as Sid capped off a pretty good day for him with a net 1 on the par four 18th hole. Thats a tough hole to birdie so congrats Sid!!
