The winning team was Rich Villalobos and partner
(and guest) Matt LeVay with a team score of 57.
Matt actually had the low round of the day with an
80, but hey, he's a member at Los Lagos!! No fair!!!
While Rich and Matt took the prize money, Jim
Gustafson and Angelo Matheou took the 20 first
place points with a team 59. Angelo had a good
day shooting a net 68 on his ball. Three teams
tied for second place points with scores of 60.
Suekama / Sakamoto, Greiner / Crank and Lind /
Buenavista all were one shot off the pace.

its 9, par-3's and 5, par 5's, you'd think you were
gonna have one of your better days. Of the four
par 4's, three of them are under 340 yards! Wow,
let me at this course. I just might shoot 75! Well,
most of us did shoot 75.................by the 14th hole!
Now there were a few good scores. Bruce
Bartfeld shot 82 and Thierry Dubois shot 83. But
these guys shoot those scores on courses tha
measure 6400 yards. Los Lagos was 5393 yards!

water with a crosswind. Our Jackpot at Poppy Hills has grown to a record $186.00.

left. If Jim hangs on he'll win a $75 gift card to GolfSmith. Don't feel left out as the
